They are unable to make a burrito, and will not follow your order. The line is always long, because their employees are too worried about their phones (poor things). People have walked out the line (the smart ones), and I wished I joined them. Wouldn't be surprised if they fail a health inspection. I’d actually bet money that they would.

It was not even close to the same that amount that would be put inside of a burrito or bowl. And whoever loaded the takeout bag did the worst job. They loaded the lightest bowl ON THE BOTTOM, put the sauces and sides IN THE MIDDLE, and loaded the heaviest bowl ON TOP. Who does that?!? Not happy at all. Food was okay, thankfully the rice was fully cooked.. THIS TIME.. this location is definitely getting worse.

When my husband and I came in and we told a girl ( I didn’t catch her name ) throw it quickly on our bowls cause I asked for white rice with beans and chicken and my husband asked for brown rice with black beans and steaks and our bowls got swapped and throw it so freaky quickly. I told them nicely that I wanted my white rice with my chicken and black beans and they just said they’re sorry and they had their attitude, like dude, I got there at 9:30pm, not very close by 11pm. I also noticed the employees are young kids like I do understand what it likes to work in food service but man, just have some patience especially customer service too. I definitely planned not coming back of how our bowls got swapped and throw it so fast.
