    I have loved every Arby's that I have been to in any town or state that I am in. This one in Bartow is one I will not be at again. Not only did the cashier completely ignore me standing right there, with no other customers around...but when I asked her if I can get a french dip without cheese (to go) she said yes, so I ordered one. I TOLD her my daughter is allergic to cheese, but when I got to my daughter's house, I opened it and there was cheese on it, so she had no lunch. SO careless for anyone in the food industry to not care or pay attention to the ticket...and I was the only customer there at the time, so it's not like they were busy. They just don't care

    I visited Abby’s today expecting a meal, but I was told you had no burgers. Beyond being out of your main product, the staff was incredibly rude and seemed like they didn't want to sell me anything at all. I was treated like a nuisance rather than a customer. It's disappointing to see a business operate this way.

    Went to the drive-through for my lunch break today and I don't usually review fast food places but the girl who took my order (Izzy) noticed that something was wrong with my drink before even handing it to me and asked me to taste it and make sure everything was alright and then offered to replace it with another drink. This level of customer service is so rare these days even at a nice restaurant so to have that at a fast food place blew me away. Someone give Izzy a raise!
