- BPButthole PoodleDec 29, 20255.0Went to the drive-through for my lunch break today and I don't usually review fast food places but the girl who took my order (Izzy) noticed that something was wrong with my drink before even handing it to me and asked me to taste it and make sure everything was alright and then offered to replace it with another drink. This level of customer service is so rare these days even at a nice restaurant so to have that at a fast food place blew me away. Someone give Izzy a raise!

The roast beef and cheese were so runny that the bun became completely saturated and fell apart. When I requested a larger bun, I was told that this new, smaller bun is now standard across all locations. Unfortunately, it does not adequately support the sandwich and it really affected my meal. Additionally, I asked for my order to be for dine-in but received it in a to-go bag. The manager was not helpful when I brought these concerns to their attention. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also below expectations as the restroom lacked soap, and several booths could have used more thorough cleaning. Overall, this experience has made me reluctant to return to Arby’s.
