The Mac and cheese is bland and watery when the Chick-fil-A in Winter Haven's mac and cheese taste homemade therefore has a thicker cheesier consistency. Also, I agree with another comment that I saw on here Bartow chicken sandwiches taste like cardboard no flavor whatsoever. Lastly sometimes the employees will ignore you when you go inside.

Everything moved smoothly, and the staff was genuinely friendly, which made the experience even better. The hash browns were fresh, crispy, and a great side to round out the meal. What really stood out was the attention to detail. The location was spotless, not a single piece of trash in sight, and they even included a separate extras bag with all the condiments, sauces, and napkins neatly packed together. Such a simple touch, but it makes a big difference. Overall, a smooth, quick, and enjoyable drive thru experience from start to finish. Definitely a spot worth pulling up to again 👍
