I had a very upsetting experience at this Wendy’s. I came in shortly before closing to pick up an online order I placed about 30 minutes earlier, expecting a quick and simple pickup.
Instead, the employee at the front immediately began breathing heavily, groaning, and saying she was aggravated and would not help me. Her behavior was openly hostile and intimidating, which made me extremely uncomfortable. No customer should be treated that way.
On top of that, my order was not even ready.
What’s most concerning is that another employee, who appeared to be a manager (wearing a different shirt/polo), witnessed everything and did nothing to step in or correct the behavior.
This was not just poor service—it was unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses both the employee’s conduct and the lack of supervision.

I went there for a bake potatoe with sour creams and cheese they never put the cheese on the potatoe this happened to me twice , I also ordered a large chili with cheese and onion there was no onions or cheese. I will not go back there again waste of time and money
