  Halloween night, 2025 Ian was super sweet! So kind, helpful, respectful, thoughtful, polite, a true gentleman. He deserves a raise and a reward! He was smiling and happy and just a nice young man. He offered us a permanent marker to mark our name on our subs, while he also tagged what they were. He took the time to make sure he understood what we wanted, he repeated every ingredient out loud to replay it back, and he said yes ma’am and yes sir….. I’m 32 and I was here on vacation from Alabama with my kids. If he was my employee, I would never let him go. What a breath of fresh air! Whoever raised him did a fantastic job! All young single ladies— that’s what you want in a husband. The rest of this generation is lacking in the social skills and hardworking spirit that Ian has.

  They hire people to literally sit down and not do anything yet won’t hire all the people that actually want to work. Order was supposed to be ready at 3:30 I sat here waiting until 3:49 when I got mad and walked out. Absolutely horrible work ethic especially the heavy set lady sitting down talking loudly and not doing her job. This place needs to hire all new people and fire the workers they currently have that don’t want to work

  So I came with my family today to eat Lunch and there was a Cuban lady with red hair attending us and was good I asked for 3 sandwiches but as soon a person came to order only one sandwich she pushed my sandwiches to side and told the other Spanish lady to finish my order and jump over my sandwiches to complete the other lady's am telling my husband what she did and she was so rude in front of customers and told me I had 3 sandwiches and she had one. I explained to her that should not matter since we got there first .she was rude and unprofessional she is short and has red hair. Don't know her name .
