- ATAddlyn TeagueFeb 14, 20262.0We went inside to order, but no one was at the counter. When someone finally got to the counter, we ordered but the machine that prints the receipts wasn’t working. We never got a receipt. It took at least 15 minutes for us to get our order and we did not know what number we were. Many of us were waiting up there for our orders and there was hardly anyone ever coming to the counter to help anybody out. They don’t have any plasticware or napkins or anything out here in the dining room so you have to rely on the staff to get it for you, but they just stay back there and hardly ever come up. No one ever comes to the counter. The tables were dirty so we had to wipe it off ourselves. The food was OK, but it could’ve been a little bit warmer. this place needs better management and there needs to be more people at the counter.

Somewhere out there McDonald's restaurants have compromised the quality and their customer service in the name of modern technology. Not to mention their food is outrageously overpriced for the quality and the quantity received.
