As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

But tonight on 1-17-26 I just couldn’t let this kind of behavior towards a customer go!!!! Over ordering a plain BUN …. I have never had a problem before when asking if I could have a plain bun instead of a seeded one . That wasn’t until tonight when the old lady who was running the drive-through window told me that there would be a extra $.30 charge for a plain bun . When I said my mom cant have seeds , and that I have always ordered it that way without any issues or extra charge, She in turn said “ Well I have been working here for the past seven years we always charge” . I said that's okay never mind , I’ll go next-door to MacDonalds and order her one. She again speaks out saying go right ahead they don't give out seedless buns either without a charge. I let that comment go and we proceeded to move forward to exit out of the drive through as we passed by the window She hollered out “ Wow we got a bunch of really nice people right here . …..Really why say anything like that to us just because I was taking my business elsewhere because she couldn’t not provide what I needed for my mom without an extra charge. I’m totally appalled with all of her comments and unprofessional behavior we received tonight . I will not be returning to this location.
