  I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway. After getting my sandwich, I was given a cup for a fountain drink. When I went to get ice, I noticed black dots mixed into the ice in my cup. I poured it out, thinking it was strange but tried again. The second time, more black dots came out — along with a black clump about the size of a penny. I walked over to the employee who made my sandwich and asked for a bottled drink instead. Neither he nor his coworker seemed surprised. They briefly spoke to each other in their language before handing me a bottled drink from the fridge. I made sure to show him what came out of the ice machine in front of other customers. It was disgusting. If I hadn’t checked my cup, I could’ve easily swallowed whatever that was through a straw. I don’t know if it was mold or something else, but the clump had a soft texture — almost like a piece of meat, completely black. I will not be returning. The only positive is that the restroom was clean, which I used before ordering.
