I just ordered my food I have weird allergies so I called to make sure they can meet them, guy on the phone said absolutely no problem. Wait 40+ minutes receive it for it to be exactly what I did NOT order. I called them back manager on duty was laughing at me and saying theres nothing he can do. I even offered to go to restaurant for him to remake and he said no. I believe this manager should be re-trained on customer service. Unacceptable and not the first time. Go to Burger King or any other option, theyll treat ya better!
