I don't know what the policies are with smoking but the employee that "helped" us was not on the same planet as us. Kept mumbling, staring off into the distance smiling by himself, super small portions and when it came time to check out he just left the food and went back to the rice station to smile to himself again. No one came to check us out for a good minute and/or even spoke a word. Employees need to work on customer service and being present.
