  Complete dump hole. The place is filthy the bagels are hard and not fresh (they’re flown in from NY and reheated here) the staff attitude is beyond rude. The salt and pepper packets have old coffee spilled on them. The bagels literally taste like a lenders bagel. The high chairs are disgusting with old crusty cream cheese and stuff and when asked for it to be wiped down we were given such eye rolls and attitudes and he barely cleaned it - well he did but used a dirty rag so we had to rewipe it. Then when I went to return my bagel bc I almost broke a tooth on it David was so disrespectful as soon as I walked away my husband confronted him never to disrespect a woman like that ever again. This place is easy ten health code violations waiting to happen. It’s nothing like NY bagel bosses and honestly should not even be allowed to use the same name. Shoshana when you’re back from Israel you need to get a handle on your staff and teach them about customer service. Maybe offer them some classes on how to be polite.

  Fab bagels! I always go to Bagel Boss in NY (Murray Hill) and was excited they opened in Aventura. I am not joking - the bagels here in FL (and in particular their "Flagels" are better than NYC). ET bagels LOADED with seasoning. Whole wheat have a deep, wheat flavor. Chewy. Fantastic. By the way, they have amazing smoked fish and the best whitefish salad in town. Simple - all whitefish.

  Went in morning, dirty windows and door, walked in seeds all over tables and floor from previous day, dirty rag on guest side of cash register, wasn’t greeted people standing around waiting had to ask if I could order someone said yes and than immediately said ok wait, someone who was making bagels came over and took my cash with food prep gloves on. Sorry to say but filthy inside, I will not return.

  My food was perfection! I had a toasted pumpernickel everything bagel (1st time seeing this enticing flavor) with a requested microscopic smear of cream cheese plus whitefish salad. The bagel was large, crisp outside and soft inside with plenty of everything seasoning. The white fish salad appeared homemade with chunks of white fish. They packaged it beautifully in a clear takeout container with a side of tomato & cucumber salad. There are 3 other sides one can choose from. Only “complaint” is it was about $20 with tax and tip! Cream cheese smears are $1.69 whether you want next to none or a lot. I’ll be back to buy just the bagels for $1.99 each and bring them home.
