  I order from here almost everyday. The same Acai bowls for my daughter and myself. I was going to boycott because of the bad customer service and how rude the girls behind the counter are but my little one enjoys the bowls here. However, the girls there like to argue with you about your order when they screwed it up. I’ve spoken to the manager twice and nothing is done. I guess you can’t find good help. I get that. But, if you mess up the order, take accountability. Don’t argue back with a paying customer.

  doorDash had led me to this location… Meanwhile, this is not the location that the order was placed. the food i ordered was at a location, almost an hour away now due to me driving here. I was very upset with DoorDash, and had it corrected through the online app… No fault of tropical smoothies. i did not get names of the employees working…. August 29, 2025 around 7 PM. There was a girl who came from the back that was making food (she had red hair) … She was very compassionate about the situation that was no fault of hers. I of course, was very upset about the situation… and her customer service was absolutely stellar. I ended up just ordering from this location rather than going somewhere else with the new DoorDash credits primarily because I wanted an opportunity to leave a tip and to support this business. it’s not often that you find people working that truly Can take a situation that they weren’t involved in and make it better. She absolutely rocks. This will now be my new go to tropical location.

  This has happened two years ago but it stuck in my mind and I just now thought of sharing the story as a review here - We have travelled with a College women's soccer team for a game to Ave Maria. It was the first ever away game for the program and my first ever away game as a college Coach. We have ordered meals for our players to pick up after our game but the match ended up being delayed because of lightning. In the heat of the moment of coaching the first away college game, it has completely slipped my mind to make the staff aware that we will be coming late and when the game finished, the location was already closed. When I checked my phone and saw multiple unanswered calls, I have just then realized that we might be left with no food that we already paid for, completely by our mistake. It was amazing to find out, that the staff have DELIVERED the food to the fields, being ready for us right after the game, not even having any information on the exact game location or schedule, they just went out their way to do everything possible we get our food. They have never asked for any additional charge and were extremely nice, helpful and kind! I think this was the best experience I have ever had with any food chain! Recommend to everyone, amazing people.
