  I usually don’t leave reviews, but after reading some of the comments here I felt like I had to say something. People need to remember that the employees working here are human. Do you know how many times they probably get yelled at during a day just because something runs out—donuts, a drink, or something else? When a place runs out of items, it usually just means they had a busy day, which is actually a good thing for the business. It’s not the employees’ fault. Also, many of the staff members speak English as a second language and are still doing their best to help customers. I’ve worked in restaurants with drive-thrus, and the pressure to keep order times down while dealing with a lot of customers is very real. When there’s a drive-thru, employees have to prioritize it to prevent traffic from building up outside, so waiting a little longer inside the store is normal. In my experience, the service here has been good. Like anyone else, employees can make mistakes, but they are clearly trying to do their jobs and provide good service. A little patience and kindness go a long way. And on a positive note, I’ve been to many Dunkin’ locations, but the best Frozen Triple Mocha I’ve ever had was made at the Ave Maria location. Great job to the team.

  This establishment is a part of a large chain of dunkin’s, however, one thing they lack is variety and selection. The service is mediocre at best, the food is always and I mean ALWAYS dry, stale, or poor in the sense that it tastes like it’s been left out in the open for more than a day or two. It does not taste fresh. The coffee is one thing they get right. If you go to this dunkin, ensure that you’re going for beverages and nothing more. It’s cheap and they have good deals though so that’s a plus I guess

  Excellent Customer Service. Workers and Manger is very great I order my coffee everyday and it’s perfect every time. Love how the workers and manger care and satisfy the customers. Recommend coming⭐️😊❤️

  The food here is a hit or miss. Mostly a miss. From bagels not being toasted to them completely leaving out vital things from your order. I have limited my purchase to coffee only. That’s the only thing they get right all of the time in my experience. The staff is polite at least
