  I wasn’t planning on leaving a review, but the level of service at this location has been consistently disappointing and today was the final straw. The customer service here is, without exaggeration, some of the worst I’ve experienced. During my visit today, an employee raised their voice at me over the drive thru microphone and told me to “wait,” which came across as unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. The overall attitude made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. To make matters worse, I was served cold loaded hash browns. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, I was dismissively told, “Well, that’s how we make it,” which is simply not true, I’ve never had this issue at any other location. I would genuinely rather drive 30 minutes to another store than sit in a long line here only to be met with poor service and incorrect food. Ave Maria is such a beautiful community, and it’s unfortunate that this location reflects so poorly on it. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standard one would expect.

  It’s great to see new businesses opening in Ave Maria, and the new Dunkin’ is a welcome addition. The store is clean, well organized, and the staff is friendly. It’s convenient to have a nearby spot for coffee and donuts without having to drive far. Nice to see all this new commerce flourishing and adding more options for the community.

  They are ALWAYS so absurdly slow. I always order 20 minutes before I go there and never is it ready. It takes 30-40 minutes! They deprioritize online orders and that is why I am done with this location. Too many second chances.

  I really wish the employees cared here ! Only good things I get from here is their bagged coffee. The orders are usually wrong or blah. The snack wraps are microwaved to excess and the bagels are burnt to a crisp usually. Being in a small town they should really strive to put love into their work :).

  I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. I stressed to the woman taking my order that I world like it toasted well. Because many times that I’ve ordered bagels its not toasted. She suggested I get it toasted dark. I said cool!! 😎 That’s what I want please and thank you. See pictures below!! It’s like a joke. I order a toasted bagel and this is what I get almost every time. I usually have to send it back or park in order to have it done right. How hard is it to toast a bagel???
