Service is always slow due to the location being understaffed. I haven't really been bothered by this, but they have now changed their Asiago Ranch chicken sandwich and it's objectively worse.
The portions are shrinking, the prices are growing, and the food is being changed. The chicken sandwich is the only reason I visit Wendy's, but I may have to consider finding an alternative now.

After earning a lot of points for shopping at their business a lot, when I went to use some of the points to get free food - the app conveniently stopped working. I waited an extremely long time in their drive through line for some reason only for them to tell me I would have to pay full price and I couldn’t use my points. They don’t know why it isn’t working and they can’t do anything about it. I left with no food. Customer service doesn’t exist here

I had a horrible experience here on Sunday. My food got handed out through the drive. The one on the register wasn’t friendly.when we got are order my mom bite into her sandwich it was a big piece of paper in my mom sandwich. Even the manager had this o well attitude. It was no sense of urgency from him. The service just sucked.
Beware of this location.
They always have credit card issues and when going inside when using the Display at the end will have a error. But your card gets a hold of the total amount, yes it got pending and hold for 3 days we got it back.
Second: Today the card got declined with a different card used. Then we went next door with same card and was able to use it. They have a glitch on there system.
Avoid this location!

This was hands down one of the worst and most disgusting fast-food experiences I have ever had. I ordered a large chili from this Wendy’s in Auburndale and ended up with severe food poisoning. Within hours I was extremely sick and have been dealing with nonstop stomach illness since. No one should ever get this sick from a simple order of chili.
It makes you seriously question what is going on in that kitchen. Is the food sitting out all day? Are basic food safety standards even being followed? Because something is clearly very wrong here. Serving food that makes customers violently ill is beyond unacceptable, it’s dangerous. Restaurants have a responsibility to handle and store food properly, and based on my experience that responsibility is being completely ignored at this location. If you value your health, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place entirely. Getting this sick from a fast-food meal should never happen, and it’s honestly shocking that this location is still operating like this.
