  The people here, I believe you at the counter. Everyone's at the drive through. They will leave you standing 10 15 20 minutes. Waiting to order they have attitude. When they come to wait on you like you're bothering them. The food, the breakfast, the biscuits at the bottom are very hard. The launch, the hamburgers, I know they're processed but they're dry.The french fries are never hot in your french fry box paying four dollars and twenty nine cents is never full

  Mobile order didn’t go through on their end and even though I was charged and had the receipt to show the manager, she told me I had to order again with her and pay again. Then when I get home a few minutes later the app tells me that they finished my previous order and it was ready to go. Couldn’t get a refund and honestly the manager could not have done less to help even though she had my receipt right in front of her.

  I had a order I placed on the mobile app prior to 10 am however when I got there was told by a Asst manager who wasnt the friendliest named Maria that I was charged but since it was technically 10:31 I couldn't get it and my money would ho back on my card in 3-5 days , then the Manager named Thomas took over the situation and truly was amazing he was empathetic and fixed everything I got my breakfast order as well as a friendly smile and Great conversation from him with a simple explanation of the a Mobile app. I truly think that there should be more managers like Thomas . If I hadn't encountered his conversation in the incident I would have truly left Maria with 0 stars , she was not manager material or personable whatsoever then as I stated Thomas the store manager took control ans made me the customer happy by making my 2 breakfast order and doing it with a smile and pleasure , thank you and kudos to him !
