- PPPlayDec 26, 20251.0When I walked in I placed a order at the kiosk because I know how rude the average 9-5 employee can be. To no surprise here’s my story. I glanced over and noticed the young lady with BLODNE SHORT HAIR smiling ear to ear while talking to another fine BLACK gentleman. As soon as I walked over to the counter I wasn’t greeted what’s so ever and she gave me a nasty look? What did I do to deserve this treatment? Furthermore once I greeted her she still didn’t offer a greeting back. Our entire interaction was solely based off of just speaking nothing more I expect the upmost in customer care because the STORE I MANAGE I EXPECT NOTHING ELSE!!

After another long day of no answers from the doctors in regards to moving forward. I threw my hands up and said, "I'm not cooking. I'm going to Wendy's"! I figured with all the stress I've been under for more than 3 weeks, I'm going to go off my diet and treat myself. NEVER AGAIN! AT LEAST NOT HERE!!! I ordered the Baconator with pickles and a large fry. I also ordered a small fry for my dog. Since there was a car in front of me, I didn't think it was odd that my order was ready by the time I got to the window. So, I drive home to The Hamptons, a 55+ Community. Understand that Wendy's is less than 5 minutes from my home. Yet, when I got home, my fries were ice cold! And the Baconator had 2 TWO pieces of damn bacon! AND NO PICKLES! And of course I didn't get a receipt!!!! So the complaint form, if you want to call it that, didn't get the correct restaurant store number on it, which is why I'm here. I paid just over $15 for a sandwich that wasn't what it should have been, and ice-cold fries!!! I'M VERY PISSED ABOUT IT! So, Wendy's...I'd like to thank you for making the "treat" I had gotten for myself after almost losing the man I love while dealing with Multiple Sclerosis and living well below the poverty line...thanks for just adding to the bullshit I've been dealing with. I WILL NEVER EAT AT WENDY'S AGAIN! I'M DONE! I'VE HAD ENOUGH!
