- AKAlanna KalicharanMar 30, 20251.0If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. I had a very disappointing experience with Krispy Krunchy Chicken. Since my husband’s family only eats Halal, I called to confirm that the chicken was Halal at this specific location. A week prior, I had called one location but couldn’t remember which one, so I needed to verify. Instead of a simple answer, the owner responded with a terrible and disgusting attitude. He yelled, saying, “How many times do I have to answer that question?” as if I had personally asked him before. I had the phone on speaker, and my entire family heard how rude and unprofessional he was. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. I would be terrified to visit an establishment where the owner reacts with such anger and frustration over a simple question. This place needs a serious evaluation, and the owner definitely needs to be checked on his customer service. Based on this experience alone, I do not recommend this location at all.

Fried chicken was cold. Almost $48 for a cold half order means I'll never eat there again, (or order with Uber Eats, seeing as this is common any time I order with them and all they do is offer a $5 credit)

The red beans and rice was not done the rice look like plastic. The the biscuit wasn't even cooked all the way through. The lady serving it was super nice . Overall the visit was horrible .KFC is cheaper and taste better. This is the second Krispy restaurant I order at the food tasted this way. It's definitely not made fresh order in the microwaved.
