I ordered glazed, old fashion, boston cream, white powdered custard, chocolate glazed munchkins but when I got my order, some items were incorrect. Specifically, I didn't receive the old-fashioned and glazed donuts and munchkins, I ordered. I had to place a second order to get the donuts and also Munchkins, which weren't given or charged in the original order. What's concerning is that when I politely expressed my frustration to the staff, my passenger saw an eye rolling from the young employee. As a customer, I expect a higher level of service and respect. To improve, I would suggest that the staff focus on double-checking orders before handing them over to customers. Additionally, providing better customer service training would go a long way in ensuring customers feel valued and respected. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the Dunkin' Donuts experience for future customers. Based on my experience, I would give this Dunkin' Donuts 2 stars out of 5. While I appreciate the convenience and taste of their products, the order accuracy and customer service issues detracted from my overall experience. With some improvements, I would be happy to increase my rating in the future.
