I ordered a turkey sausage sandwich and specifically asked them to specifically switch their gloves before making my order because i have an allergy to bacon. Not only did i watch them make my order without changing their gloves after making a bacon sandwich but the one making my order didn't have her hat on and kept touching her hair but i overheard the guy and blonde girl complaining about me wanting a spanish speaker and them making racist remarks. I would only recommend coming here in the morning when the manager is here.
- LJLynn JJan 26, 20261.0One of the young lady working there is rude. After I mentioned my order was wrong, instead of politely offering to fix it she gave me a nasty attitude. I told Im just ordering right from what the screen says. Then she cuts me off and fixes it. She places it down and says absolutely nothing. I would have said thank you but that goes to show she didn't deserve a thank you. Dunkin Donut do better because nowadays people are losing customer service skills. There was no reason for her to be rude just because I mentioned my order was wrong.
