  Went in to pick up an order I was there for 10 minutes and no one ever bothered to help me finally one young man came from the back and I was able to get his attention to check on my order. It seems like they are expert at ignoring customers and are only there for a paycheck.

  one of those “this place really came through for my family” experiences at Dunkin’ / Baskin-Robbins and I had to take a minute to give them the recognition they deserve. We pulled up for a family ice cream night, and it honestly turned into one of those simple moments that just hits right. They were running the $1 scoop deal, and for a family, that’s HUGE. You’re talking about being able to treat everyone without feeling like you just spent $40–$50 on dessert. That alone already puts them ahead—but what really made the experience was the PEOPLE. From the moment we walked in, the place felt clean, bright, and welcoming. You can tell they take pride in keeping the store organized and presentable. Everything from the seating area to the counters was on point. It’s the kind of place where you don’t feel rushed—you can actually enjoy being there. Now let me shout out the team: Dora, Amanda, and Ray — y’all are the reason this review is 5 stars. Their energy was incredible. Friendly, patient, and genuinely engaging—not that robotic “next customer” vibe you get at a lot of places. They were interacting with my family, helping us figure out flavors, making suggestions, and just bringing a good vibe the whole time. And when you’ve got kids involved, patience matters. They handled everything smoothly, even with us going back and forth on flavors like we were negotiating a contract 😂. No attitude, no rushing—just great service. The ice cream itself? Exactly what you expect from Baskin-Robbins—fresh, creamy, tons of flavor options, and everything looked well-stocked. Nothing worse than going somewhere and half the flavors are gone… not the case here. Everything looked ready to go. On top of that, having Dunkin’ connected is a bonus. You’ve got coffee, snacks, donuts, AND ice cream all in one spot. That’s a power combo. Whether you’re doing a quick stop or hanging out for a bit, it works. What stood out most though was how this place turned a simple stop into a memory. That’s rare. A lot of places serve food—but not a lot of places create an experience. This wasn’t just “grab ice cream and go.” This was: ✔ Family time ✔ Good energy ✔ Great service ✔ Affordable treats ✔ People who actually care And that matters. If you’re in Auburndale and thinking about where to go for a quick treat, a family outing, or even just a pick-me-up—this is the spot. 5 stars all day. We’ll definitely be back.

  My friend and I have been coming in to this particular Dunkin for the past couple of times in a week after venturing to a few.. But this here is by far the best Dunkin donuts I have ever come to all because of Laura.. She's the best customer service I've ever had at any Dunkin donuts facility.. She is friendly, caring, very accommodating, and even remember us.. For customer service anywhere everyone needs a Laura in there companies.. She is the "Go to"..
