The flavor and freshness of everything they sell really stands out compared to typical grocery store meat. Their ground beef is some of the best in town — rich, clean flavor and perfect for burgers or cooking at home. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality you get, which makes it a great spot if you want butcher-quality meat without paying outrageous prices. Their prime filet is absolutely amazing. It’s incredibly tender, perfectly cut, and cooks beautifully. If you’re looking for top-quality steaks and great service, this place is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys good meat and wants a reliable local butcher.

I’ve been going in once a week and have purchased Prime Ribeye, pork chops, chicken breasts, ground beef. We’ve also tried the prepared asparagus. Everything has been fabulous! The prepared brussel sprouts and twice baked potatoes look good too. can honestly taste the fresh quality. Was in there today and grabbed some more ribeyes and a tub of Buffalo Chicken Dip (will try it this week).
