Crazy lack of customer service! I could understand charging if that’s all someone orders, but when you’ve just spent a bunch of money on food and then won’t give a couple cups of free water, that’s absurd! My family will definitely be spending less time and money at this location!

I am not sure how Rochelle is the manager of this mcdonalds but she is an absolutely customer service nightmare. She is rude and not helpful at all!

There was people in front of us that still haven’t got their food. We left bad service very bad service horrible
