    I use to love coming here but the lack of attention to detail has dissuaded me from coming back. It’s always hit or miss. If the app works and I make an online order the workers won’t pay attention to the details on the order. If I ask for less ice, I get standard ice. If I ask for no ice, I get standard ice. If I ask for cheddar cheese they give me American cheese. If I ask for extra cheese (which is an extra cost) , I get s single slice. I has been like this for the past 2 years since I moved to Florida. I’m not sure if the workers just don’t care or if they truly don’t pay attention to the order details but regardless I won’t be coming back here.

    Rude!!!! If you are short staffed , hire people! It’s not the customers fault and we shouldn’t feel like it is.

    Poor. All around poor experience. Ordered hot chocolate with whip cream. Was given no whip cream on beverage. Also it was watery and flavorless. I threw it away. My partner got a latte and asked for sweet cream. Was told “we don’t have sweet cream”. They didn’t offer any alternative, such as a flavored cold foam. Poor service and a long wait for disappointing drinks.
