  All I wanted was a decaf cappuccino and a protein refresher. They said they couldnt do decaf, okay fine, I understand they may be out. However, she was very rude and said "ugh I can't do decaf!!"....I'm sorry I asked, I'm pregnant, I try to limit my caffeine, alright. The refresher. My SIL just wanted 5 creams on the side for the refresher. I used to work at a Dunkin, so I KNOW you can put cream in a cup. She said they can't, and was being rude, and when I said to just cancel the order she rudely said "okay sorry bye". Absolutely horrible.

  Donuts and coffee are good, but the service is far from friendly, actually it's borderline rude. At least, that was my first, and probably last experience with this place. What makes it even worse is that I was the only customer when I placed my order.

  I ordered a few items including a green tea. When the young lady handed me an iced tea, I indicated it was supposed to be hot. The lady at the counter then went on a rant about how I didn't specify and how I need to specify when I want something like i offended her or she had to pay for her mistake or something. The young lady simply said that they're used to making it iced and corrected the mistake by giving me a hot cup. I guess the lady was having a bad day or something, but the bad attitude was unwarranted and unnecessary. Making a mistake is not a big deal to me, but won't be returning to this location because of her reaction. A pet peeve is bad customer service when it's the premise of your job.

  I ha given this location numerous chances but when they make the drinks completely incorrect, then refuse to remake it? I stopped getting my lattes here , then I got matchas thinking they couldn’t screw that drink up. Well, today they did. It was so thick and green it wasn’t drinkable. When asked her for more milk to put in it(not even heated up )- she copped an attitude. When I’m paying $7 for a drink and it’s made wrong at least be kind. I’m not trying to be difficult, my coffee is the one thing I do for myself on occasion so I won’t go to this one ever again.
