  I ordered a chili and couple hours later on my phone relaxing not feeling good.I end up throwing out the chili. And the french fries .. But it's okay any other time I go.It's great food

  We came at an off peak time. We ordered spicy chicken meals and no mayo on one. Both had mayo and no pickles. There was no ice in the drink machine and the coke was flat and warm. They gave us ice, but the coke was not drinkable since it was flat. We ate the day before at a Wendy’s somewhere else and it was great. I don’t recommend this one at all

  Rare that I get disappointed in a Wendy's, but this place was pathetic. 2 stars may be generous. Placed our order with a very fast talking young lady behind the counter. Seemed like she was in a rush for some reason as we were 1 of 2 guests in the place. Our order came out fairly quick which was nice. Then the you know what hit the fan. Half of the drinks options were unavailable. There was also zero ice in the machine. Not a deal breaker, but annoying. Tried to get ketchup and both dispensers were broken and you couldn't get anything out of them. Sat down to check orders and they gave my son the wrong sauce. No biggie I thought and had him ask for the BBQ he asked for originally. I overhear the girl say it will be $.54/sauce! I couldn't believe it. How freaking petty. No ice, half the drink selections available and no ketchup working and you have the nerve to charge $.54/sauce?! You can't even provide the basics to your customers and you nickel and dime them on sauce. Shame on you and especially the management there for a job not well done.

  We were the only ones in line and had to wait about 12 to 15 minutes after paying for our order to receive our food which was supposed to be fresh out of the fryer but got forgotten on line. It was almost room temperature when I had received it. All the employee said after I hear them ask why we’re still here was, “please don’t kill me I didn’t work drive thru, it’s all fresh,” which it wasn’t even fresh. I’m not mad at the worker, but the management needs work. This is ridiculous when you have a drive thru time you have to follow anyway, but you pushed us up out of the drive thru line so it wouldn’t affect your time. I’m very disappointed with our experience tonight. All we ordered was a three piece tender meal and a number 7 single meal. There was no excuse past that five minute mark, there was no other customers or orders they were actively working on during that timeframe.
