  Usually, Taco Bell is pretty good. And I don't have problems, but this last visit. I had terrible chalupas and the nacho fries were cold and the cheese was cold and I got an extra cheese, paid extra for it and paid almost twenty dollars for two chalupas and fries! Because of the poor quality, I asked for a refund. The manager refused, and I reached out to corporate. They said that I would be getting a call from that manager and be getting it resolved, and I never received a call, very disappointed, and I believe people should be aware that this new location at balmy beach in apopka has horrible service in the manager should be retrained and no, when you should give a refund, especially she didn't know.I'm a big reviewer on google top thirty percent! Also I don't like the fact that corporate said I would get a call, and I never did

  Placed an order with doordash. The people at the store told the driver that the order had already been picked up, which it had not been. I placed the order 45 minutes before close. Obviously they did not feel like making the order. If you don't want to work, just cancel the order. I sat there for over an hour waiting for my food and now everything is closed and I am starving.
