  ​I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recurring service issue at your location. ​On multiple occasions, including our most recent visit, your staff have repeatedly refused to provide my husband with his cup. Every time we visit this location, I am forced to intervene and retrieve the cup myself because the employees on duty refuse to either set it on the counter or hand it directly to him. ​As a regular customer, I find this lack of basic professional courtesy and consistency unacceptable. We expect a seamless experience when visiting your establishment, and having to struggle for a simple item like a cup is becoming a significant deterrent. I hope you will address this with your team to ensure that all customers are treated with the same level of respect and efficiency. When a drink is ordered the cup should be set on the counter or on the order shelf with the order recipt.

  I went through the drive-through to get a Bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, when I’ve got up to the window, I asked if my bagel can Be toasted and buttered first. The young lady at the window told me that they cannot put butter on the bagel..when I asked why She couldn’t answer me. She just told me that they could not do it. She told me that she could give me butter, which meant I would have to take all the items off of the bagel and butter my own bagel. I then asked for a manager, which seemed to perplex her. Some other young lady came up and said that they are not allowed to put butter on the bagels due to safety reasons. She then told me that they are not allowed to put cream cheese on a bagel. $7.49, I picked up my bagel at the window went to eat it and the sandwich was not cut and did not have any cheese on it. I went into the store and asked another young lady, Who was by the desserts , if she could cut my bagel in half And she looked at me, even though I had the bagel in the wrap from Panera and she just didn’t seem to grasp what I was asking. I then went to the line of where they were making sandwiches and asked if my bagel can be cut in half. It seemed that they reluctantly cut it in half. No manager in store,I was told.

  Mia told me to warm my croissant in the microwave under the coffee dispensers. Is that normal? I’ve always had people in the back warm for me? A sketchy vibe at this place. And they forgot something in my order.
