- JGJordan GreenFeb 9, 20261.0I placed a $130 order a full day in advance at 10:30 AM, specifically to avoid delays and issues. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told — rudely and in front of other customers — that my food would take at least another hour. There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to make things right. I was essentially told the kitchen was backed up and earlier orders weren’t being handled properly due to lack of preparation — despite the fact that this was a large, prepaid, advance order. If a restaurant cannot properly prepare for an order placed a day ahead, that’s a serious operational failure. Taking full payment upfront and then treating customers like the delay is their problem is unacceptable. Poor planning, poor communication, and very poor customer service. For $130 and a full day’s notice, this experience was beyond disappointing. I will not be returning.

The food itself is great, which is why I’ve continued coming back and ignored issues for a long time. However, the service at this location is consistently slow and poorly organized. On top of that, my orders are frequently missing sauces or even full items. This isn’t an occasional mistake—it happens often enough that I’ve come to expect something to be wrong with my order. I’ve overlooked these problems because I enjoy the food, but it’s reached a point where I can’t fully enjoy a meal anymore. It’s frustrating to pay for items and only realize once I get home that parts of my order are missing.

Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.

If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
