2nd Time coming to this Wendy's and wnd time having a terrible experience. Food never tastes fresh, fries are always cold. Tried to walk in to the dining room to order and all the doors were locked, at 7pm. Waited in line for subpar fast food and nasty attitudes at the window

Your open sign is on the lobby had someone in it and there was someone waiting on food…..plus they have an entire freezer behind the store. I went around again and they whee Taking out trash and the guy said they were out of meat also…..how long does it take to thaw a patty for a jr bacon cheeseburger or make a frosty bro….this place sucks and the staff is full of crap.

My go-to choice for fast food has always been Wendy's. The burgers were just built differently; the Son of Baconator was a consistent choice. I went several weeks ago, and I've been upset ever since. Long gone are the square meat patties that outsize the bun and the stacks of bacon. The son of Baconator they served was the size of Crystal's meat patties and dry. The bacon was a single slice cut in half. I drive by sometimes, thinking maybe it will be different, but for almost $30, both my meal and my wife's meals were far from what we have come to expect. Staff forgot napkins and straws for our drinks, and it took over twenty minutes, with no one in line when we got there.

I've not been to Wendy's in a while. A couple years ago when I was going regularly, a Baconator included two patties. That's what's advertised on the menu and there is no selection of patty amounts on their menu for the baconator. It's just the baconator or the Son of the baconator. Now apparently a baconator is just one patty, even though it's $9 and there is nothing in the advertising about single or double. Frankly, I feel cheated and I doubt I will ever eat at Wendy's again. This sort of misleading advertising should be illegal. If you're going to advertise a double Patty on your picture, and then not include a double Patty option in the menu of the baconator. Specifically, you are engaging in misleading advertising.
