- JJJadaDec 15, 20252.0Several of my friends told me not to go here because there’s a cashier there that avoids black people. I didn’t want to believe them at first. I love Tropical Smoothie. But then I visited the store. I stood there waiting for over 10 minutes to place my order, or at least be acknowledged. Nothing. The brown haired cashier in the long-sleeved shirt even glance at me a couple times, but wouldn’t come to the register. It wasn’t until the manager came from the back that i was finally able to place my order. The other cashier even had an attitude when i tried to explain to her what was going on. I can not believe there are still people like this in 2025. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this store.

The food was fresh, smoothie was smooth, and the service was top tier. Vana took my order with a smile and she credited Taylor for keeping the places spotless. 10/10 recommend! Great job to the entire staff!!

After I requested that they either exchange or refund me by money back on my smoothie. The one with the curly brown hair who had on AirPods purposely made my new drink watery. Yeah never coming back. I am a black women apart of the LGBTQ community. This is unacceptable. I am disappointed in your staff, they never acknowledge me when I walked in and ignored my presence.Only assisted white customers around meI have money too. I am a proud auntie, proud sister, voting citizen, high school graduate, etc.This behavior is unethical please contact me immediately.
