After placing my order, I pull up to the window and they immediately tell me to back up to the first yellow pole with no explanation. It’s like they don’t want anyone waiting at the window for their food. Then, when the food is ready, they stick their hand out and wave you forward again. This happened today at around 4pm (11/15/25) It makes no sense because there isn’t even room for another vehicle to pass and pull in front. They also never mention this on the speaker while ordering. What’s the point of this system? It really makes you wonder why you can’t just wait at the window like every other fast-food restaurant. Overall, it’s confusing, inconvenient, and honestly unnecessary.
