  Not sure why there are 2 drive thru lanes if orders are only gonna be taken in one lane!! I watched 6 cars go in the other lane before my order was finally taken!! It's absolutely ridiculous!!!

  Took the fast right out of fast food. Spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Ordered 2 snack wrap meals and a coffee. Nothing special about the order. After 15 minutes I get to the pickup window and they tell me they have a minute left on the chicken and to park and they will bring the food and drinks to me. The lady brings the bag after another 10 minutes with no drinks. Waited another 5 for the drinks. During my experience I was thanked for my patience 3 times, so I have that going for me. My patience is good, this location has perfected my skill. Thanks for the life lesson. There's a reason the mascot is a clown. This place is a circus.

  So I stopped at McDonald's! they're all pretty much the same now ugly slow and overpriced so busy juggling drive-thru duties they spaced out on counter service I watched in awe as they prepped my food, bagged it, then waited 20 whole minutes to brew coffee, and I'm thinking, are they gonna serve me yesterday's leftovers? The manager hooked me up with a refund, but seemed super put out about it, and didn't seem to care that I'm on a 30-minute lunch break and don't have time for a 20-minute food delay. Here's a thought, how about slapping that same 30-second timer on the front register as you have on the drive-thru? And don't even get me started on those kiosks, they're like the automated customer non-service reps. Someone needs to man the front counter and provide some actual customer service. By the way, your buildings are, um, interesting, they're not exactly the most fun places to hang out anymore, and those prices? Yeah, those aren't helping either, which might explain why you're losing business left and right.
