  Placed an order online I watched the driver go to the store and waited over 30 mins I called the delivery team they called the store and no one picked up, this BS, worst experience, they don’t deserve any support.

  Not sure why there are 2 drive thru lanes if orders are only gonna be taken in one lane!! I watched 6 cars go in the other lane before my order was finally taken!! It's absolutely ridiculous!!!

  Took the fast right out of fast food. Spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Ordered 2 snack wrap meals and a coffee. Nothing special about the order. After 15 minutes I get to the pickup window and they tell me they have a minute left on the chicken and to park and they will bring the food and drinks to me. The lady brings the bag after another 10 minutes with no drinks. Waited another 5 for the drinks. During my experience I was thanked for my patience 3 times, so I have that going for me. My patience is good, this location has perfected my skill. Thanks for the life lesson. There's a reason the mascot is a clown. This place is a circus.
