    Very unprofessional placed an order through the app and did not receive my whole meal did not notice until i got home, then they want me to drive back to the store to get a refund. Absolutely not happening would waste more money in gas than i would get back from the refund.

    I wouldn’t give any star to this location The customer service is horrible like come on it’s a new year and every year customer service being terrible Like I understand that u guys are tired i used to work in there too but that doesn’t mean ill be treading all the customers badly like if u guys aren’t happy with u work why don’t u guys let another person who really need the jobs work I don’t know the name of the woman who’s a manager but doesn’t act like one come on get another manager who’s not going to be all pathetic with the customers

    Very rude late night I was going through the drive through and they literally greeted me through the speaker with “what are you getting” this McDonald’s is always awful. Try to avoid it. It should be an embarrassment to the company. It’s awful

    I am going to call the corporate on this location in Apopka I found hairs in my fries my fries was cold like they just got it out the refrigerator no one is picking up the phone at all and due to that fact I'm going to go a little higher managers get on point with your employees they feel like they can get off of not getting in trouble at late nights I also work at a fast food and I know how the way it goes everything about this McDonald's is bad I am going higher and hope this will not happen again only thing they had to do is pick up the phone reimbursed or tell me to come up and get me some more fries even though I couldn't make it but I am going to the corporate no doubt about it ASAP
