I have had this experience on many occasions morning noon and night. Tonight the runner had my food on his tray gave the truck by me there food and the car behind me there food and had another bag which was my food and gave it to them also I wanted 5 minutes for him to come out. He didn’t. Other cars was being put in spots also. I went inside and waited 10-15 minutes just to get a refund. I will go to rock springs or Main Street McDonalds before I go back there. Unacceptable service to the max.

I have experienced employees have full blown arguments at the window that I'm at. Most employees are rude. I'm ALWAYS told to "park in number ____" I then wait in that parking spot for at least 20min...... Every.Dang.Visit!!! Half the time that's it and I can leave, the other half (like today) only half my order is given to me. So after waiting for so long I'm then forced to walk back inside anyways to tell them half my order is missing. In which I have to wait even longer to get the rest of my order. I get that some places have bad days here and there but this is consistently the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant.
