They messed up our order and refused to correct it so when asked for additional options rather than having to wait in line again, we were given a refund (with the assumption that it would be rang up correctly this time) then they told us to park without actually ringing up our order. When confronted after waiting in the parking spot for about 30 mins, the manager would only repeat himself saying he refunded us and the guy who told us in the first place laughed. I could bet that a room full of special needs children could perform better than whoever was working tonight.

Sat in line for over 10 minutes just to be told that breakfast is over… meanwhile everyone in line 1 was ordering, leaving line 2 to build up. Rather than alternating lines, line one was being served. Got there 10 minutes before breakfast was over, I sat at the speaker, watched the board change over to lunch and still waited with a crying child in the backseat that only wanted McDonald’s pancakes. “Manager” told me that there was nothing they could do. Pissed.
