I pass this place everyday coming back from work and I kept wondering why no one is ever in the parking lot or drive-thru. I figured why not try it out and got the 6 wing meal with cajun fries. Despite being the only person in the drive thru they messed my order up and gave me regular fries. The wings were pretty mediocre. The price is way too high for what you get. No wonder it's always empty.

I went to the Charleys in Apopka land Store #02560. 845 South Orange Blossom Trail Apopka FL 32703…..So I went in this location today and was helped by ROXANA and GIL (supposedly the store manager)….When I went to t this location today I went to the drive thru where all the other customers that were in line before me werehanded the card reader to tap their card and choose the tip amount… when it came to my turn ROXANA took my card and did not let me tap it myself and put in tip. When I was about to leave I thought that was funny so I asked for my receipt and she had to go get it. I pulled over to check my receipt and noticed it was $12.45 which was fine until I got the notification that I was charged $14.94. I went back to the location and showed Roxana the discrepancy in which I was charged and she kept telling me I was only charged $12.45… Long story short it took 1 whole hour for me to get the return for $12.45 even though my bank has $14.94. The store manager GIL called the cops on me because I made Roxana cry??? I showed the cops my bank account and also what I was charged in the receipt because GIL tried to get me trespassed because they got caught stealing tips!! I have disputed the charges with my bank and also filed a report with the BBB because this was not the first time happening
