  If you want to get put in an irritated mood before you even have your coffee for the morning, this is the place for you! Longest line, terrible customer service with some extra attitude sprinkled in, and some terrible coffee/breakfast. I’ve tried to like Dunkin on several different occasions and it just ain’t happening for me. I will gladly pay a little more and go to Starbucks. Main Street Dunkin, work on your customer service… we don’t want to be at work either and that’s why we depend on our morning routine COMPLETE with coffee, to stay sane.

  STAY AWAY. This review is long overdue. Overall Dunkin Donuts is an amazing brand/company. However, these must be tough times. This comment is based on my experiences at this specific store. The first time I went in December of 2025, we had an issue with the cashier. They were rude, hostile, and had me repeat my order multiple times. There was attitude and sarcasm. The "Manager" on duty, took over the microphone, apologized for the interaction I was having with the other employee, completed my order and even hooked us up with some Donuts. Due to that, we returned at a later time in February (For Valentines Day Donuts). Yet another rude back and forth exchange. Upon communication with the employee who was again hostile and rude, I felt the need to inform them this experience is the one I always have when returning to this store. They proceeded to advise me to "Go somewhere else Den". Which we did, of course. Dunkin, please re-evaluate your hiring process at this store. Highly.

  The manger is says her Name is traelle. If she even gave the right name. Is completely disrespectful. Pissed off because I added to my drive thru order. Pissed off because some how they charged me 0.01 cent and the asked me for tap again. Then asked me to park in a handicapped parking while I waited for them to bring me coffee. I’m not handicapped and do not have a handicap permit. She was pissed off because I refused to park in it. So she waved her hand and said to park anywhere. Absolutely the worst experience.

  La atención no es buena por parte de la cajera y aparte esperar 10 minutos para que tomen tu pedido sinceramente me dio miedo hacer mi pedido por la actitud de la cajera
