  This was my first time at this location. We were there around 8pm on Saturday. Staff needs to clean the make table and stay on top of keeping items stocked. The restaurant was not busy until a about 10 minutes before left but the make table was dirty and never cleaned the whole time we were there. When we arrived the brown rice was being restocked but the white rice was at the same level. About 20 minutes later a lady staff member said they were waiting on the rice that will be ready in 20-30 minutes and they were out of chicken. About 5-10 minutes later a guy walked over to the grill to cook some chicken. Three trash cans were turned upside down except for one that was still available to use. The only drinks available were in the soda fountain and some lemonade. When we asked about the other drinks they just said they are out. I told them that I wanted to try a quesadilla but had never ordered it, they proceeded to add cheese to the tortilla and fold it. I had to ask can I add chicken or veggies to the inside. They said oh yes. The barbacoa had big checks of fatty meat so my husband had to ask for them to add more chopped up pieces without the fat to bowl and it still didn't taste right. The grill also needed to be cleaned from all the burned residue. As we were leaving I checked your other reviews which were basically the same responses. I really want this location to be successful but management needs to take the reviews seriously and make changes.

  LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE TIME we have come here they have no this or no that or can’t make more of this or can’t help you with that!! This is the worst location, do not waste you time!!

  The chipotle worker Ally was very microaggressive and seemed racist, gave attitude towards the customers that were colored. Not sure if she was having a rough day but we all have rough days and should treat others with respect and equality.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I came in to get dinner for my family and waited about 15–20 minutes, only to find that by the time it was my turn, they were out of most of the meat options and only had veggies and pork left. What made it worse was the complete lack of urgency from the staff. There seemed to be no effort to restock, move the line along, or even acknowledge the inconvenience to customers. The manager, an older lady, appeared more focused on scraping containers than actually managing what was happening in the store. Meanwhile, other employees were just walking around, and two employees at the register were flirting instead of helping customers. For a newer Chipotle, this location already feels poorly run and unprofessional. If this is a corporate-owned store, someone from corporate seriously needs to step in and address the issues here. The lack of leadership, poor customer service, and careless staff behavior are driving away paying customers.

  Came in an hour before close. Half the staff was to busy closing down the kitchen to bother helping the long line of guests waiting to order. After waiting 20 minutes to get to the front they were out of almost everything and they wouldn't be making any more.
