    The food is good, the price is fair. The staff, not all of them… are beyond unprofessional… I called tonight to place a pickup order and the amount of F-bombs my 6 year old son heard from the cooks was unbelievable. I wasn’t on speaker phone, and my wife who was over 20 feet away heard the same thing. I decided to go directly to the restaurant to one place my order and two to speak to the manager. I spoke to the manager and he did basically nothing!!!!! He turned around and asked his 2 person kitchen staff who was dropping the F-bomb? No one answered and he went on with his day. I tried to call the general manager, but was re-directed to the store via the automated phone system. Been there, done that!! I know wonder if he will take this seriously or does he decide to have me move up the ladder and contact the owner and then corporate office and so on. I will also email the general manager with my direct number and give him the opportunity to call me before I escalate this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    I came in at around 11:40 and I get they close at 12, however, i walk in and as soon as I get in, a cook in the back said “ah hell no” and the cashier was very quick and seemed like she was just wanting us to get on with our order. Lack of customer service skills to say the least. I’ve worked in the food industry multiple times, and regardless of how busy it may have been during the day or how long their day may have been, it’s still imperative to show customer service and leave that after closing hours. You don’t do these type of things while you’re still open and doing your job. It’s disrespectful and unprofessional.

    The Riverview and Apollo beach Wingstop’s. Are the worst Wingstop’s I ever experienced. I travel a lot for work and if I’m in a city for a week or more I tend to hit up Wingstop if there is one. And by far these are the worse. Wings are always undercooked never enough seasoning or sauce. Fries overcooked and not seasoned. Staff young inexperienced and not sanitary. Last time I went in watched a young cook dig in his mouth with his hand and wipe whatever came out his mouth on to his clothes and preceded to cooking and preparing food.

    I placed a mobile delivery order and half of the order was missing when it arrived. When I called the store, I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes before speaking to someone. There was no apology for the mistake, and I was told I would have to come pick up the missing items myself. When I asked about a partial refund for the inconvenience, I was told the only option was store credit, and even that sounded difficult for them to process. Before leaving my house to pick up the missing items, I asked how long it would take and was told it would be ready in a few minutes. The store is about a 6–7 minute drive for me, but when I arrived they were just starting the fries, which meant I had to wait even longer. When the order was handed to me, the veggie sticks that were also missing from my original order were forgotten again. Throughout this entire interaction there was still no apology for the inconvenience. I also observed employees handling bags and food while actively using their phones, which is concerning from a hygiene standpoint and may explain why orders are being sent out incorrectly. Unfortunately, this experience reinforced why we normally avoid this location. We decided to give Wingstop another chance instead of going to Buffalo Wild Wings like we usually do, and the service failed at multiple points. Because of this experience, I declined the store credit and will not be returning to this location.
