  I went to Tropical Cafe earlier today and had a smoothie that was just what I needed. However the cafe was packed and super loaded lol. Uber eats drivers were giving hard times to a young lady named Alyssa and she handled it so well. She was working food alone also helping another nice girl on smoothie I didn't get to speak to much (didn't catch her name). She was conversing with me and my family and made me feel comftarable. store was out of napkins in one dispenser but seeing how everything was, I didn't want to give a hard time.. 10/10 the employees smiled, greeted and Alyssa even told me how to get a free smoothie app. She also told me about the pup cups after I mentioned my dog.Will be back sometime next week when I have time after work for that free smoothie.

  There was only two people working when we walked in. The girl that took our orders rolled her eyes and didn’t even greet us. She even had a nasty attitude while serving us. I wish they would train more in customer service and getting more staff

  Valerie has a great aura about herself, is very welcoming and super professional. Aaliyah is very professional, humble and super patient with me regarding my way too many specific instructions. On one specific occasion, recently, I was not the best customer, but the two of them rose to the occasion and countered my impatience with a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ response!

  I placed an online order, which I have done several times in the past. There was very little spinach, and it did not provide the items I ordered. The. The order was picked up for me, so I called the store and spoke with the manager (Alisa Edwards), who was extremely rude. When I asked for the store manager, she told me it was Aiden. I asked for his contact number, and she said she couldn’t give it out. She told me I could email him. However, when I asked her for the email address, she kept rattling it off and changed it 3 different times. When I asked her to slow down and verify, Alisa hung up. This store has poor customer service and poor-quality products. This location is the worst I have ever visited. It's best to go to the Riverview location on 301.
