I ordered a taco supreme wrap with no sour crèam. The receipt says no sour crèam, but yet sour crèam is on it. Sent my daughter back up there to have them fix it correctly. She comes back again and it has sour cream on it smh. This is ridiculous. I need my money back!!

I was there Dec. 22 around 2 PM, on my way back from Chemo at Moffitt, I heard a voice from behind the counter asking if I could use the self serve menu to order,because she was there by herself, I say not a problem but I knew it was going to be a challenge because I’ve been dealing with chemo brain lately, so I’m not the sharpest tack in the box at that point, after stairing at the menu I didn’t have a clue how to operate It,I figured I’ll just go home and get something out of of the fridge, I really didn’t have an appetite anyway,but just maybe I could force something down, as I was getting in my car I heard someone say please come back in,I’ll help you with your order, I said no it’s OK its not a problem at all, I said I just wanted to tacos and that was it,, I figured if she took the time to come out as busy as she was at least I could go back in and get my food, I would never have expected that, I did not catch her name, I have a feeling if it was anyone else in hey situation I would’ve gone home empty-handed,, I wish I would have caught her name but I just wanted to thank her and say it was a hell of a nice thing she did for me, and I didn’t want it to go unnoticed, and the management should be proud to have someone like you representing their business for them,, so I thank you very much you did a very kind thing,, God bless you and have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year !!

There’s an older lady in management with an insufferable attitude. I’ve given her a pass a few times, but when you interact with a person like this it makes you wonder how bad of a day can be excused by this kind of behavior. She talks degradingly back to her employees, once I asked her politely the wait time politely and she snapped and said it’s by order so when you see it, it’s there.

This place is usually good but I got my taco delivered from door dash in a sealed bag and the tacos were soaking wet with something, the wrappers were soaking wet too, my chalupa and taco were soggy. Not at the bottom like usual the whole this was wet like it was dunked under water. It's like someone used wet gloves or hands to make them. Gross.

I am submitting this review to document a serious and repeated issue I encountered with this Taco Bell location, one that poses a genuine food safety risk.
During a recent in-person visit, I placed multiple orders requesting no Creamy Jalapeño Sauce due to my girlfriend’s severe allergy. Despite clearly stating this at the counter, my order was remade three separate times, and each time it was still prepared with the sauce. This level of inconsistency was alarming, especially given that the allergy was communicated explicitly.
Following the visit, I called the location to report the problem, but I was met with unprofessional behavior — I was spoken to disrespectfully and ultimately hung up on without my concerns being addressed.
Hoping the issue was isolated, I placed an order later through DoorDash, again specifying no Creamy Jalapeño Sauce multiple times. Not only was the instruction ignored, but the items arrived with double the sauce, which could have resulted in a medical emergency.
This pattern of mistakes suggests a serious lack of attention to allergens and food safety protocols. I’m not writing this out of frustration alone — this situation was dangerous. I strongly urge management and the franchise owner to review staff training, order accuracy procedures, and allergy-related food handling immediately to ensure customer safety moving forward.
