- EDEddy Diaz2 days ago1.0Complaint: Manager Misconduct - April 11 9:15 PM On 4/11/26 at 9:15 PM, I assisted my girlfriend via phone with an order at your In Altamonte Springs location. The manager’s behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. When I asked about a promotion, he dismissively told me it was "not his problem." Throughout the call, he repeatedly called me "boss man." I explicitly told him I found this term disrespectful, asked him to stop, and offered my actual name so he could address me properly. He ignored my request and continued using the term condescendingly. When I tried to explain why his attitude was offensive, he refused to give his name and hung up the phone on me. This is appalling customer service. Being hung up on and mocked is unacceptable. I found his behavior targeted and unprofessional. I request that a regional manager investigate this incident and contact me regarding how this will be corrected.

Said they aren't taking any more orders. OK? Like what do you even say to that? Management, can you please fire these idiots that are literally turning customers away? They also make doordash drivers fill drinks for other people's orders here, which is against Florida health code. Doordash drivers don't handle food! They don't wash their hands or have any food safety knowledge. Food and drink should be sealed and prepared by the store! Lazy and incompetent employees.
