I have a severe peanut allergy and I asked for them to clean the blender prior to making my smoothie, as i’ve always done. The girl at the counter looked at me, paused for a second before rudely saying “no”. It’s been the same girl both times I’ve encountered named jay-marie. This type of service and experience has never happened before to me at any other Tropical Smoothie location.
