  OMG! Waited an hour for food. Never received the food as we got tired of waiting for them to make it. Absolutely ridiculous - dont ever go to this establishment. The ordering is fine because it is at a kiosk - no interaction with staff is necessary. But then you wait and wait and wait..... I have never seen a more poorly run establishment. Fast food, nope how about NO FOOD! Requested a refund and one individual said she couldnt do it but she told someone else to handle it. I looked at the guy she indicated as he was standing there ignoring customers. I asked if he was coming over to process my refund and he looks at me and tells me I am going to make your order now. Told him nope what he was going to do was process my refund right now. Literally took him another 10 minutes to do that. Ridiculous! Don't waste your time stopping by this establishment for lunch or dinner... We could have gone to a sit down restaurant, had dinner and gotten home in the amount of time this "fast food" run took us. Skip this place, just drive right by. They are so slow and don't seem to care. Taco Bell headquarters needs to revoke this franchise. They are a stain on the Taco Bell name.

  As all of the other reviews say, the service here is incredibly slow at all times and has been since it was remodeled over a year ago. I have given this specific location many chances because of how close it is to my house; however, tonight was my final time dining here. I placed an order for pickup at 9:45 PM that took almost an hour to be marked as ready. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my food, I was told it was still not ready. I questioned why they would mark it as ready if it were not and was met with attitude from several employees, mostly from a heavier set woman with yellow-ish dreads. After accusing me of yelling because I was upset about my time being wasted, this employee instructed me to go sit at a table and wait for my food as if I was a child. I told her I would not be doing that, so she shrugged her shoulders with a smirk on her face. I then asked for the number to corporate three times before she got the manager. For what it is worth, the manager was incredibly nice. She asked if I wanted a refund, and I told her that I just wanted my food. I know from experience that working in a restaurant is incredibly stressful; however, the way this particular employee treated me is not a way to treat another person, customer or not. -10/5 stars.

  The food has always been good quality, but this location is soooooo SLOW. Prepare to wait for minimum of 30 minutes, doesn't matter what time of day or how many people are in the restaurant. My last trip I ordered ahead (because of the previous wait times) and it took 45 minutes for 2 chicken quesadillas. There was 3 people in the store.... Literally more employees than orders....

  This is the worst taco bell I've ever been to. I'm waiting for an order for 6 simple items and it's been 40 mins and counting. At least 6 people behind the counter working so I just don't understand how "fast food" could possibly take this long. Order was 2 crunchy tacos, 2 potato tacos, Cantina Chicken Soft Taco and a cheesy bean and rice burrito. Only modification was no lettuce to the crunchy and potato tacos. When I inquired about my order was just told "it's coming". No one else waiting for food so drive through and online orders must be the priority instead of a customer standing right in front of the counter. Overall took 45 minutes. Unreal! And then get home and the tacos have lettuce *eye roll* Save yourself time and go anywhere else.

  I visit this Taco Bell regularly, and it’s easily one of the best-run locations I’ve been to. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seem to care about their customers. Every time I pull up or walk in, I’m greeted with a positive attitude and great customer service, which makes a big difference—especially when you’re just trying to grab a quick meal. It’s clear that the team takes pride in what they do. What really stands out is how accurate and efficient they are. My orders are always correct, and the food comes out quickly without sacrificing quality. The whole place has a great atmosphere—clean, organized, and well-managed. It’s become my go-to spot because I know I’ll have a smooth, pleasant experience every single time.
