  Been coming to the subway for a long time. This is by far one of the worst experiences. I have two orders on the app that I'm trying to pick up for and they say that they are complete. The employees in the store I guess are marking to orders complete even though they are not complete. Walk in there at 5:15 p.m. because the order supposed to be done. Apparently they are out of bread there's only one person working and there's one employee sitting down trying to cover her face. Not sure what's going on today but there's literally 10 people sitting down waiting for their order to be fulfilled/bread to be made. There's people walking in and walking out and the subway is losing a lot of business right now. I will update my review and other time because I know the subway is a lot better than this but these employees that's working their shift do not add operate a subway and it's sad If Mike was here the owner he'd be pissed! Nothing is prepared and what the employee just sitting around whether she's off of work or on a break or whatever If she sees another teammate struggling you might think to help..... But there's literally 10 to 15 people in the lobby just all sitting here with our arms crossed upset and confused as to what's going on. Not to mention like I came from the grocery store and if my order supposed to be ready at 5:15 it's going on 6:00 now hopefully nothing gets spoiled....

  Me and my boyfriend went to subway and the girl fray she had tattoos and she had black hair with a ponytail and she came up to my boyfriend and was asking what he wanted he said he was still looking and she gave him attitude and she never asked him if he wanted it toasted. And when I asked her about how long the cookies are she gave me a dirty look and when I said thank you for the cookies she rolled her eyes at me and my boyfriend turned away. I will never returned here this was a bad experience

  I placed an order on door dash for my husband and I. On door dash, there isn’t really any options to modify subs. My husband is allergic to pepperoni but his fav sub is an Italian (basically a salami sub) after placing the DD order, I called the store and asked them to pretty please remove the pep and replace it with extra salami. The lady I talked to was super polite and super understanding and told me “no worries! We’ll do that for you!” And that they did. I would like manager Mike to know that, Lilli, Sam and Laney are awesome! They went above and beyond then any other subway who always has given me the “stink eye” when I ask for this mod. Thank you ladies for a delish dinner and for going above and beyond for your customers! You are truly appreciated!!!

  I ordered a 6 inch Sub with vegetables, lettuce, tomato, onions, banana peppers, etc. it literally had one piece of roast beef and a small amount of each vegetable. I literally close the bread and you cannot see anything in the middle. The portion was unbelievable. I paid $16 for Two pieces of bread Shame shame
