  I’m a frequent customer of this restaurant, but today my experience was very disappointing while working as an Uber Eats driver. I arrived to pick up an order and the employee was very unfriendly from the beginning. She made me wait about 20 minutes for an order that was already ready, and the food was also left open. While I was waiting, other customers came in to place takeout orders and were told their food would be ready in 5 minutes. They were even offered free drinks for the wait — something that was never offered to me. As an Uber driver, time is very important, and this kind of treatment not only affects my job but also the customer’s experience. I felt ignored and treated unfairly. I hope they improve how they treat delivery drivers, since we are an important part of the service.

  Overall great experience! The food tastes great and the service was full of kind employees. The place was very clean itself, especially the tables ready for customers to come sit! The employees were kind at greeting and helpful when ordering. We also wanted rice and they were quick to give us some!

  If you're from NYC do not come, this place is not it. Staff was trying their best, but understaffed, so it was a long wait. The flavors were not on par with any type of Asian food I've had ever and that's coming from someone who orders at many different asain spots that don't have english translated menus. Also, there's no clear instructions on if you pick up your food, wait at a table, get utensils on your own, do you clear the tablr yourself, too many idk's. I kept having to ask the one woman who was doing everything on her own so many questions and I felt bad as she was scrambling to get stuff out. Portions are generous that's about all they have going for themselves.

  When we walked in, we could see the workers making the food and it already smelled so good. We went to our sea and we ordered orange chicken with noodles and sesame chicken with fried rice overall very good food and a lot of flavor and we even got to get three chocolate covered fortune cookies
