- KEKMan EtienneMar 20, 20262.0I’m going to give this place a two as I’m sitting here waiting for my chai latte. I come here every morning and order a croissant egg and cheese and avocado. I get the cut off time was at 10:30 so I go online before 10:30 and tried ordering in an effort to be proactive. Order can’t be placed because Panera takes down breakfast before their stated time. It was 10:25. So I go in explaining this to the girl behind the counter. Typically they usually take care of me so I’ll give them that but this morning even though I took a screenshot of the time I was trying to order before 10:30 and how the website wouldn’t let me, she said no breakfast ended at 10:30 and reason being (after she asked who I assumed was in a leadership position) is because “prepping it would have made it ready AFTER 10:30” so that’s why I couldn’t order. So even then mind you it’s now 10:32 I’m like well do you guys have a croissant? “Oh breakfast ended at 10:30” I would think the customer service thing to do would be to not lose a sale over two minutes especially when I showed you I tried ordering it before 10:30 AND I’ve seen people order breakfast there AFTER 10:30. Ridiculous. So I ordered an ICED chai latte after she explicitly asked me hot or iced. They handed me a hot chai latte and had to remake it, talking about she rung it up wrong.
