Stopped in at Five Guys today and even though the place was absolutely slammed, Laura and her team were on point. You could tell they were juggling a ton, but Laura stayed calm, friendly, and completely in control. She kept the line moving, made sure everyone was taken care of, and still managed to give great customer service. Huge shoutout to her and the staff for handling a busy rush like pros. Great experience all around.

Inattentive, fdour faced, mumbling, not caring about customer, slow, terrible communication. Unfriendly. Unprofessional. Needs a whole new staff. Never coming back

I really do not need my burger to be completely overtaken by mayo. I don't need warm runny mayo all over my clothes... I even asked for another top bun before I left with my burger to try to get rid of some of the mayo that was unfortunately too much juice at on the bottom bun and had even more on top. I only asked for mayo and mushrooms.... Not so generous with the four pieces of mushrooms I got that I wouldn't have even tasted or seen had I not searched for them in my mayo soup. Then when I was handed a top bun I tried to hand him the soggy one and he wouldn't take it so I had to use my takeout bag and walk out with my burger and napkins in my hand. Glad I didn't order fries. My shake was too runny and when I asked about it she said it's not as runny as it looks and walked away. I am a restaurant manager and I would be horrified if my team acted like that to a paying customer. If the product quality is bad the first time a customer visits, you loose that customer forever.... I will go back to Orange City for my five guys because this was an absolute joke.

The burgers here are absolutely delicious, but that's where the good part ends. Both free-style machines were out of carbonation for a majority of the drinks they offer. The coke was spitting out thick, black syrup into the cup which was super flat. The male employee stocking peanuts was very rude to my mom when she asked him a question instead of being helpful. Lastly, the fries were soggy; we ended up throwing half away because they were so inedible.
