They failed both times to provide butter, utensils, and salt. This time I asked for it and the lady seemed agitated. The drink I ordered was flat and the burger looked as if it had been sitting out under a heat lamp for an excessive amount of time. Just a dab of mustard and ketchup was added. I don't anticipate on eating here again.
