I don't understand how EVERY time I come here that I need to wait 20-40 minutes for my meal. Employees don't seem to walk/work with purpose. They'll purposely avoid eye contact if you've been waiting a long time too. How the franchiser hasn't cracked down on this place is beyond me. If you can eat literally anywhere else - do yourself a favor and just do that!

When I came back around, he was laughing and making fun of the situation, and had a goofy smirk on his face, along talking to me in a goofy tone of voice. What an epitome of a true blank! His Store Manager and Corporate Headquarters will hear about this!
