    I never have luck in Orlando with Pollo Tropical. The food today was not great. The cheesy yuca bites that I ordered were cold, there was no garlic cilantro sauce at all, and the portions on the regular tropi chops were not like they usually are. One of the 4 tropichops I ordered unfortunately had a hair in it.

    Raquel at the counter was absolutely the best, her kindness and helpfulness and product knowledge perfection. She made my day because of her. I will be coming back to this place at this time as often as I can I wanted to work in this area, which is often.

    We have ordered several times from this location and every time they have gotten our order wrong or something has come missing. It is impossible to get ahold of this location. I am beyond disappointed in the service here.
