The shift manager Adam was dismissive and showed no type of empathy or understanding. Told me to call Monday and ask for GM Tracy! It’s my fault for not checking before leaving or else I would’ve never accepted this.

Breadsticks taste like they were brushed with dirty water and reheated. The sauce cups were literally 1/3 full pizza was sloppy and undercooked!! Terrible! I’ve been a customer for more than 30years! Such a disgrace. Top it off the manager on “duty” was the one in the front! Ugh
